Production time takes around 2 to 4 weeks, which depends on our Factory running orders.
All items purchases from weddingreturngifts.com will be shipped through Fedex, DHL, UPS, BlueDart, Indian Postal Services and other well reputed Courier/Cargo agencies.
The shipping charges depends on the volumetric basics.
- Domestic shipment : weddingreturngifts.com will bear the charges
- International shipment : Charges will be added to the cart based on the item’s volume and customer pincode based on the reputed Courier agency.
We will inform you the Tracking number once the order is shipped and the same can be tracked in weddingreturngifts.com website.
There could be slight variation in the product color seen in the website, from the actual product. Monitors with improper calibration also add to difference in colors. The lighting used in product photography also is a factor for the product color seen is the website.
In rare cases, delays might occur due to customs clearance delays, flight delays and other uncontrollable circumstances like natural calamities. However we always try our level best to ensure delivery within the number of days to deliver.
In case the package is return back to us after attempted delivery or because of a wrong shipment address provide by the customer at the time of placing order, we can reship your order, only after receiving an email and correct address from you along with your order id. Customer has to bear the shipment charges for the 2nd delivery attempt.
